Greetings and Blessings, 

It is with great joy and anticipation that I wish to welcome you all who have chosen to spend these exciting two days with us here in Bakersfield, CA.  We have been eagerly and excitedly expecting you and we have done all that we know to do so that this will be a time of high praise and significant learning that glorifies God. 

As usual, we have spared no pains to bring you the very best teachers and preachers from around the country so that you can be challenged, changed, and confirmed in your faith.  The goal is for us to be enriched by this fellowship and to have a clearer vision of the love and grace that is ours through the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

As always, I thank God for my ministry partner at the New Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, Dr. Billy Bell.  Few men have had the impact and influence on my life and my ministry that Pastor Bell has, and I daily thank God for allowing my path to be interrupted adjusted and altered by this dynamic man of God. Let us commend our Regional Director, Dr. Joe Mosley for his outstanding leadership with V&B Regionals. I pray that you will feast on and enjoy the hospitality of the People’s Family this week.  They are my family for life, and you cannot find better people who love the kingdom.

I am blessed to Pastor one of the best churches on the west coast.  The People’s Church has committed herself to be a viable part of V&B. Thank you, People’s Church, I love you beyond words for embracing every phase of my ministry.  To all our instructors, teachers, and preachers I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving so freely of your gifts to bless this ministry.  You are a part of V&B and we are better because of it.  We love you all!!
